Who we are
This website, nieuwark.com, is run by NieuwArk LLC ("NieuwArk", "we" or "us"), based in The Woodlands, Texas. For any question about this policy or your information, email hello@nieuwark.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic visit statistics that don't identify you.
- Contact form: your name, company name (optional), email address and message.
- Email: anything you include when you write to hello@nieuwark.com.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, the site that sent you, your country, and your device and browser type, counted in aggregate by Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising, and it has no ad pixels or cross-site trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and without fingerprinting, so there's no cookie banner. The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots; it isn't used for advertising.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your message, and to talk with you about a possible project.
- To see which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't.
- To keep the site secure and block spam.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who helps us run the site
A few companies process information for us, only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the contact form, protects it from abuse, delivers form messages to our inbox and counts visits.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email inbox, where form messages and emails arrive.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
If you contact us and we don't start a project together, we delete your message and details within 2 years. If we do work together, we keep what's needed for the project and for our business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@nieuwark.com and we'll answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you before we act.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Our case studies link to client websites and to other services. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave nieuwark.com.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we add new features to this site that collect information, such as an AI tool, this policy will describe them before they go live.
